Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Danville, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of October 15, 2024, per owner, this RFP had no bids submitted, so it was cancelled. An annual time and materials contract to design, fabricate and install signs, including but not limited to interior, exterior signs, murals and banners on DPS campuses and properties. Direct all questions to Walter Lucas, Director of Capital Improvement, by email (Lucas @mail.dps.k12.va.us) no later than ten (10) business days before bid date (April 25, 2024). All questions and answers will be forwarded to all bidders. Danville Public Schools will require the contractor to maintain a performance surety bond of $100,000.00 during the contract term and $50,000.00 for warranty periods after the contract's final year. The contractor shall submit surety information to the City's Representative. Information is to include a copy of surety bond; company holding bond and contact information for Surety Company. Each time the Surety Company changes, or the contract is renewed, this information shall be submitted.
