Site work for a stadium in Danville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
Provide and install (2) in-ground junction boxes to extend the existing power and low voltage conduits to the new scoreboard support post. Provide and install a new 150A main breaker panel on the scoreboard support post. The panel will have (10) 20A/2P and (1) 20A/1P breakers. Run conduit and wire to the in-ground box, and tie into the existing wiring. Questions to Director of Purchasing Carol Henley Phone 434-799-6528 Pahasingsdanvilleva.gov Provide and install (2) 8"x8"x4" junction boxes on the back of the scoreboard, as shown on A.014. Run conduit and wire to the new panel. Make all the power terminations that the scoreboard contractor brings to both junction boxes. Run conduit and wire from the panel to the fiber converter box, for 120V power. Provide and install the low voltage conduit from the fiber converter box to the in-ground box. Work will have to coordinate with new scoreboard installation, which is currently schedule for installation June 3 through June 6, 2024. Communication conduit is currently scheduled to be installed by May 24, 2024.
