This license is issued by the Commissioner of Revenue and must be maintained for the life of the contract or project. 1. Class B and Class C registered contractors are required to post a $5,000 bond and pay the applicable fee to obtain a business license. The time of completion for this work shall be sixty (60) consecutive calendar days after the date of a written "Notice to Proceed." Notice to proceed shall be July 1, 2024.
