SCOPE OF WORK: The project includes the construction of a new 8,120-sf pre-fabricated/engineered steel and wood construction fire station for Walton County Fire Rescue. Project scope includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building construction, and site work. The project site is located northeast of the intersection of SR-83 and County Highway 2, located in Glendale, Walton County, Florida. The last date to submit questions is May 6th, 2024, no later than 12:00 Noon. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be posted on the County's e-Procurement (OpenGov) portal accessible via the county's Purchasing webpage. DIRECTING QUESTIONS TO ANY OTHER STAFF, PROJECT ENGINEER AND ANY OTHER PERSON IS PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN BID BEING DISQUALIFIED.
