The City of Eastvale (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents to provide professional streetlight operation and maintenance (O&M) services for all streetlights owned and operated by the City which includes approximately 4,323 street poles totaling 4,357 light bulbs (68 Pre-Retrofit Metal Halide Decorative lamps, 2 Pre-Retrofit HPS Cobra lamps, and 4,287 Post-Retrofit LED Cobra lamps). In December 2014, the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) developed and administered a program that assisted the City with energy savings and utility costs associated with streetlighting. The program allowed the City to purchase eligible streetlights from Southern California Edison (SCE) with WRCOG providing O&M services. The current contract between WRCOG and the City expires on June 30, 2024. The City seeks proposals from qualified respondents to continue O&M services with no lapse in services being provided.
