Removal of existing vehicular and pedestrian paving; removal of site utilities including water, gas, sanitary, and storm infrastructure. Proposed improvements include the construction of two parking lots composed of porous asphalt, concrete, and / or traditional asphalt paving; concrete walks and plaza space; and a stone dust trail through the site. Ornamental plantings and seeded areas. New footings for a new shade structure, wooden garden beds, site furnishings including benches, bike racks, and trash receptacles. Storm utilities from the parking lots and building roof leaders to existing on-site sewer infrastructure. A bioretention area, or HDS storm unit, the latter two discharge into the existing pond. Provide new water and sanitary lines, the lining of an existing sanitary lateral, and the installation of a grease interceptor for the building.
