Email: cshafer@monroecountv.gov Scope of Work: Looking too professionally strip and wax all lobby floor areas within the Monroe County Hall of Justice in the Spring of 2024. Work should include applying commercial grade chemical stripping agent to all lobby floors, scrub any previous built up wax, then remove loosened wax and clean up until floor is dry. Professionally apply 3 coats of commercial grade floor finishing chemicals and allow to dry between each cote. Once BID awarded the work will be done Friday - Sunday.
