Reference Number 0000349237 Project Estimate: $5,092,734.00 Contract C - Mechanical Construction: LaBella Mechanical contract consists of a complete removal of the existing system which entailed (2) packaged rooftop units, various PTACs on perimeter offices, unit heaters, and miscellaneous heaters in areas. The new work will be a geothermal water-to-air heat pump system. The geothermal system includes six (6) wells at 500 feet with one (1) well being an existing test well to be re-used and the interconnecting horizontal piping between the wells and building. Building will receive full new HVAC including controls, piping, ductwork, RGDs, insulation, and kitchen exhaust. Work will be in accordance with NYSERDA Carbon Neutral/Net Zero program, NYS Clean Heat, and Inflation Reduction Act to be able to properly achieve all incentive opportunities. Building commissioning services will be part of this project and will need to be supported by this contract.
