Renovation of a multi-residential development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of the following 1. Division 22 a. Salvage existing plumbing fixtures as noted in the plans and specs b. Demo existing tub rooms. Cap domestic water and sanitary waste/vent pipes within wall. c. Relocate existing mop sinks as indicated on the plans. 2. Division 23 a. Cap existing exhaust duct behind wall for demolished tub rooms. b. Relocation of exhaust duct as indicated on plans in janitor's rooms. 3. Division 26 a. Remove existing electrical distribution equipment and bus ducts b. Provide new utility connection cabinet and connect to existing utility transformer. c. Provide new service entry equipment and replace distribution panelboards. Electrical System Modernization at Edgerton Hi-rise Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid guarantee, non-collusive affidavit, EEO form and Minnesota Responsible Contractor Compliance Affidavit. The successful bidder will be required to furnish both a satisfactory performance bond and a separate payment bond.
