Lift Station Flood Plain Mitigation Project LS 26. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES Provisions for liquidated damages, if any, for failure to timely attain a Milestone, Substantial Completion, or completion of the Work in readiness for final payment, are set forth in the Agreement. The proposed work specified in this contract is subject to City Commission approval; therefore, any, all, or part of the work specified herein may be increased, decreased, or deleted in accordance with City Commission direction. Subcontractor must provide a 100% performance bond and a 100% labor and material payment bond from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Florida by the Department of Financial Services.
