Renovation of a detention facility in Gunnison, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
As of July 28th, 2025, this project has been postponed. An awarded general contractor has been confirmed. The awarded general contractor is requesting input (questions and clarifications) to complete the design phase of this project and create 100% bidding documents. It is expected that once the questions have been turned in it will be approximately 10 days to have final bid documents available. The bidding window will be one week to 10 days as questions are being asked now.
