he Department of Corrections has asked DFCM for assistance with remodeling the CUCF Intake to accommodate Staff Security Upgrades. Work for this Project will include but not be limited to selective demolition of existing CMU walls, door openings and concrete benches. Construction of new walls, doors, and components associated with the new Staff security screening process. The base bid will consist of all work as outlined in the plans and specifications. Construction Cost Estimate: $290,000.00
