Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; and for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Installation of 2.5 foot high stone cladding with sills to replace deteriorated brick material along the bottom front side of all 49 units (all units except unit 45). The replacement stone cladding across the property should match or be equivalent to the stone cladding at Unit 45. The work includes localized repair for the existing weather resistive barrier as needed. Replacement of damaged brick windowsills in 8 units - specifically Units 35, 28, 26, 18, 13, 12, 6, and 10. Options for replacement include either brick or natural stone windowsills. The work includes the installation of waterproofing membrane "flashing" behind the windowsills, in addition to waterproofing sealant between the windowsills and the existing windows.
