Site work for a mixed-use development in Greenville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the installation of approximately 2,907 feet of 2-inch diameter HDPE pipe above ground and buried. The Project also includes the cleanup, removal and disposal of approximately 2,790 feet of existing above ground steel pipe and fittings, clearing and grubbing and surface prep of portions of the project, a creek crossing pipe installation, standpipes/blowoffs, tank manifold pipe work, and installation of pipeline markers. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by cash, a cashier's check, certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form payable to the District in an amount not less than 10 percent of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond and faithful performance bond each in the full amount of the Contract price, and insurance with certificates and endorsements of insurance, as provided in the Contract Documents. The required bonds must be provided only by a surety insurer who is admitted to do business by and in good standing with the California Department of Insurance. The successful bidder must possess the following classification or type of contractor's license issued by the Contractors State License Board: Class A, California. The District reserves the right to reject all bids. Any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents may be rejected. The District may extend the time to award the Contract.
