Response to questions by 04/25/2024 Award
Award may be in full, by schedule, item or items, or any combination thereof, whichever is in the best interest of the Owner. The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities in the solicitation process. Bid Opening
Bid responses will be opened by USNH Procurement Services at the time and date indicated. Preliminary results will be posted to the USNH Procurement Services web site, generally within three (3) days of the bid opening. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the time established for the opening of bids by withdrawing. The Owner will not accept any written requests to withdraw.
All bids shall remain in full force and effect for a bid acceptance period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days following the date for opening of bids. Any bid withdrawn during the bid acceptance period shall result in forfeiture of the respective Bidder's bid security.
