Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Durham, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the addition of a 13,000-square-foot stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the renovation of a 37,000-square-foot stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
The Whitte more Center at Key Auto Group Complex renovation project will focus on a renovation to back of houseteam and support spaces that account for approximately 37,000 square feet on multiple levels. The project will improve functionality, looking both at event operations and the needs required to support Mens and Womens Division 1 Ice Hockey programs. In addition, the project will potentially provide a new home for the Division 1 Field Hockey program and better accessibility for the Northeast Passage Sled Hockey Program. Deadline for written questions 07/19/2024 at 12:00 p.m. Response to questions by 07/23/2024 Construction Begins March 2025 Construction Complete August 2026 Payment and Performance Bonds Awarded firm will be expected to provide payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the contract sum, as security for the faithful performance of its contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection therewith.
