Scope of Work Install glue down vinyl floor planking in the first and second floor hallways at Hudson Memorial Middle School. Installation to include all door edging and wall cove base. Rubber floor tiles at stairwell egress will remain. The bidder will provide cost pricing per floor in both 12 mil and 20 mil thicknesses. The bidder is responsible for field measuring and determining if the proposed product will be applied properly based on the site conditions and the approximate square foot calculations: First Floor Square Feet - 13,635 Second Floor Square Feet - 9,000 The successful bidder shall complete the above stated project including the following requirements: Removal and disposal of demolition debris Final cleanout of the project Winning bidder will be responsible for permits required by the Town of Hudson Questions concerning the specifications must be directed to John Pratte, Facilities Director, at (603) 883-7765 ext. 85018. The District reserves the right to waive any informality and to accept or reject any, all or part of submitted quotes. The successful bidder must be able to provide all services listed in the Scope of Services in this RFP. It is anticipated that the successful proposal will be awarded by the Hudson School Board at its regularly scheduled meeting on May 20, 2024. Describe the process that will be used to complete the requirements of this RFP. The description must include the products to be used. Contractor shall provide a minimum of a one-year warranty on the work covering parts, materials and workmanship. This will be provided in writing to the Hudson School District. All warranty repair work is to be provided at no charge to the Hudson School District. The complete project must be completed no later than Friday, August 16, 2024.
