Renovation of an educational facility in Hudson, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,000-square-foot educational facility.
The project consists of installing a white .060 TPO fully adhered Roofing System as outlined below: Apply a fully adhered white.060 TPO Roofing System in conjunction with new layer of new 1.5" polyisocyanurate roof insulation mechanically attached over existing roof insulation. The existing roof membrane will be removed exposing the existing insulation that is to remain in place. Any wet or damaged insulation shall be removed and replaced with new insulation to match the existing height of remaining insulation. The following roof area is scheduled to be replaced. 1. HOS Roof Replacement (approximate square feet 15,000) A Bid Bond of 5% of the project must be included with all bids. A Payment and Performance bond in the amount of 100% of total awarded contract must be provided by the awarded contractor. H.O. Smith School is located at 33 School Street in Hudson, NH.
