Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a medical facility.

Plans call for a new standalone cancer hospital in Morgantown. The hospital will be built on the lefthand side facing the Ruby Campus. Plans include state of the art treatment, surgical suites, procedural spaces, inpatient rooms, infusion areas and will have it's own separate entrance and be freestanding. As of April 17, 2024, the project is in preliminary planning. An architect and a construction team have not yet been selected. This project will take at least five years to fundraise and build and will also depend on the demolition and moving of the WVU Medicine Eye Institue which is where the new cancer hospital is to be built. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
