Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wabowden, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1) Mobilization and Demobilization. 2) Ensure that any site conditions such as loose flooring and variations from flat are addressed prior to installation. 3) Install new flooring c/w game lines and school logo. 4) Install thresholds, rubber cove base and floor socket Base on a Contract Award on April 28, 2022, if awarded the Contract, The Tenderer agrees have the work substantially completed no later than July 19, 2024. The Contractor shall, within 5 days after the receipt of award, submit the proposed construction schedule. The anticipated date of award is May 14, 2024. The schedule shall be predicated on an onthe completion of all work prior August 16, 2024 or as amended by mutual agreement or Contract Extension during the construction period.
