Reference Number 0000269670 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/17 12:00:00 PM CDT Mowing of grade slopes and ditches along various Provincial Trunk Highways and Provincial Roads in the Ponton, Wabowden, Jenpeg, Norway House, and Thompson areas. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The work shall consist of Mowing on various Provincial Highways and Provincial Roads. There are various areas that do not require Mowing. Prior to commencing Work, a Department representative will show these areas to the Contractor LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Work must be completed by no later than AUGUST 21, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. The Contractor shall not commence earlier than JULY 24, 2024, and be completed by AUGUST 21, 2024. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
