As of June 5, 2024, project is awarded to LaLonde Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $777,170.47. The work under this Contract consists of the reconstruction of West Walker Street as 7" concrete pavement, on a 5" dense graded base of crushed stone or crushed concrete; with concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, landscaping, storm sewer relay and installation, water main relay, building services, utility adjustments and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the Plans and included in these Special Provisions. Street/Road Concrete Reconstruction, Concrete Pavement, Sewer and Water Construction, Traffic Control, Curbs, Water Main (Repair/Replace) Rehabilitation, Concrete Pavement Removal, Utility Street Construction and Excavation.
