As of June 20, 2024, project was awarded to LALONDE CONTRACTORS, INC in the amount of $857,033.47 The work under this Contract consists of the reconstruction of South 118th Street as 7" concrete pavement, on an 18" dense graded base of crushed stone or crushed concrete, concrete driveway approaches, landscaping, storm sewer relay and installation, water main relay, building services, utility adjustments and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the Plans and included in these Special Provisions. Street Construction, Storm Sewer Relay & Installation, Water Main Relay, Building Services, & Utility Adjustments Est. Value: $ 1,230,000.00 Pre-Qualification: Yes PLAN FILE NOS. W-1460, X-943, SP-1294 MBE (4%), WBE (6.9%) Q/A- All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents are to be directed to the City Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the Engineer ashaving received proposal forms. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
