Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The City of Pigeon Forge is receiving bids on pre-engineered building for Public Works Street Department. Bids must be in sealed envelope with bidder's name and address on outside and marked "Bid on Pre-Engineered Building." The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid most favorable to the City. 5,000 square foot Pre-Engineered building Furnish labor, material and equipment to complete scope of work Furnish engineered foundation drawings Furnish stamped drawing on metal building Install footing and pier reinforcement per engineered drawings Set column anchor bolts Place 4" gravel base with 6 mil poly vapor barrier 6x6 6/6 slab reinforcement Pour and finish 6" thick 4000 psi concrete slab with turndown footings and piers Saw control joints and apply cure and seal Engineer testing of foundation and concrete All questions directed to Duane Rainbolt, 865-429-7312.
