Please refer to the bid tabulation for detailed results** The Crossville Housing Authority announces a bid opportunity for window replacement including tear out, disposal, and installation of new windows in 16 single-family homes in Crossville, TN. Windows will be supplied by Crossville Housing Authority and should not be included in the bid price. Contractors must provide a valid business license and proof of insurance of at least $1,000,000 at bid opening. All workmanship and material must be warranted for 1 year. Section 3 Contractors are welcome and encouraged to bid. Bids will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the above requirements.
