The City of Boston through its Office of Streets is looking for a Contractor to provide on-call construction services for the installation of public green infrastructure at various locations throughout the City. The City of Boston (City), acting by and through its Chief of Streets, invites electronic bids for the service generally described above, and particularly as set forth in these Bid Documents (Documents). The contract will be procured under the provisions of Chapter 30, Section 39M of the Massachusetts General Laws and are subject to the Prevailing Wage Rates. The term of the contract shall be for approximately eighteen (18) months. Required with submissions Bid (Uploaded bid price table) Bid Bond (5% of total bid amount) The Official reserves the right to waive any minor informalities and to accept or reject any or all bids. In the event the Purchase Description and Specifications require bids for goods and multiple items each of which has separate price components, the Official reserves the right to accept or reject any item(s) therein and award contracts therefor. The Official shall award the contract to the bidder the Official determines to be the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
