The extent of work is indicated and is not limited to: - Labor, installation, and purchase of all material needed to complete removal and disposal of 650 HB Smith Boiler and appurtenances, removal, and disposal of boiler breeching as directed by the project supervisor. Included but not limited are the boiler appurtenances and all dirt and debris in the mechanical room spaces. - Provide all labor and materials to install a new concrete pad with reinforcing bars. The pad shall include reinforcement material; including reinforcement bars, welded wire fabric, and supports for reinforcement as directed by the owner. - Provide all labor, and material needed to erect two new HB Smith Boilers and pre-install, breaching, and feed system and appurtenances as necessary. - All work must be under the supervision of a Hoisting Engineer, licensed in Excavator and Telescoping Booms with at least 3 years or 36 months of experience conducting similar projects. - At the end of each workday, remove rubbish, empty cans, rags, and other discarded materials from the Project site. At the completion of the work, the contractor shall clean all surfaces from the mechanical rooms to the building exit. - The Contractor and the surety shall be liable for all damages sustained by the BPS resulting from, in any manner, the termination of the contract, including without limitation, attorneys fees, and for all costs necessary for repair/replacement and completion of the work over and beyond the contract sum.
