Reference Number 0000348102 The intent of these specifications and proposal documents is to secure an annual agreement for the purchase of Water Treatment Chemical - Liquid Aluminum Sulfate, to be used at the water treatment plant to treat drinking water. It is the intent of this section to provide bidders with specific information and data necessary to prepare and submit a bid proposal. The specifications shown are minimum requirements. The Contractor will be required to provide the product on an "as needed" basis. All orders will be placed by submission of a valid City Purchase Order, which shall contain a full description of the product and services required. The term of the agreement shall be for a period of one year with options to renew annually for up to five (5) additional one-year terms. However, if funds are not appropriated, the City may cancel the agreement 30 calendar days after providing written notification to the Contractor.
