Reference Number 0000349517 The City of Durango invites all interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required goods or services, to submit bids for Washed Chips, Base Gravel, Sub Base Gravel and or Hot & Cold Asphalt. Bidders may bid on all or separate items listed. The City may elect to renew this contract for four additional one-year periods (Years 2 to 5) contingent upon satisfactory performance and available funding. The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received and to accept any portion of the bid or all items proposed if deemed in the best interest of the City of Durango.
