Work covered includes, but may not be limited to: site work; construction; re-construction; alterations; remodeling or repair of the public works project area, lighting, plantings, signage, pavement and pavement markings. 1. Site preparation and demolition work required to perform the project; 2. Installation of new crushed stone trench; 3. Installation of new solar lighting; 4. The removal, stockpile and reinstallation of existing granite street curbing; 5. Installation of new granite curbing; 6. Installation of pedestrian pavement; 7. Installation of new pavement parking area and pavement marking; 8. Installation of traffic and parking signage; 9. Installation of granite block benches; 10. Installation of backed metal benches; 11. Installation of granite bollards; 12. Installation of site furniture, tables, chairs and umbrellas; 13. Installation of stone-dust pavement and metal edging; and 14. Installation of landscape plantings. There will be no informational pre-bid conference for this project.
