Scope of Work includes The contractor is required to complete masonry improvements at the Grayslake Campus, as noted in the attached project manual. It is the intent of the College of Lake County (CLC) to enter into a contract with a contractor to complete masonry improvements at the Grayslake Campus, located at 19351 W. Washington St., Grayslake IL, 60030 as identified herein. Should the bidder require additional information about this bid, please submit questions via email to: bids@clcillinois.edu. Questions are required no later than 4:00 P.M. CST on April 25, 2024. All responses will be posted on the College website by 4:00 P.M. CST on April 26, 2024. Official notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received in the office of the Assistant Director of Procurement Services, College of Lake County, 19351W.
