The Work Includes the Repairs to Incinerator No.1 and the Durr Rto Repairs as Outlined in the Specifications. The Work is Located in the Incinerator Building at the Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant Located at 290 River Road, Princeton, New Jersey 08540. Certified, Treasurer's or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the Sum of Ten (10) Percent of the Bid, but in No Case in Excess of $20,000, Agreement of Surety, Surety Disclosure Statement and Certification (if Bid Amount is Greater Than or Equal to $800,000), List of Subcontractors, Ownership Disclosure, Bidder's Affidavit, Non-collusion Affidavit, Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notices, Revisions or Addenda to Bid Document Form, Affirmative Action Certificate and Affidavit, Certificate of Equal Opportunity, Equipment Certification, Business Registration Certificate, Investment Activities in Iran, Russia and Belarus, Treasurer's List of Debarred, Suspended and Disqualified Bidders, Bidders Check List, Questionnaire and List of References Are Required With Each Bid. Bidders Shall Not Remove and Submit the Bid Pages Separate From the Volume of Contract Documents but Shall Submit . Their Bid Bound With the Complete Volume of Attached Contract Documents, Including All Pages Correctly Assembled and All Addenda Attached. Successful Bidder Must Furnish 100 Percent Performance Bond and 100 Percent Labor and Materials Bond.
