Site work for a civil project in Leipsic, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work is as follows: Installation of one (1) new submersible lift station, 8" force main, various sizes of gravity sewer, and abandonment of two (2) existing pump stations. Engineer's Estimate: $3,000,000.00. The Village requires this project to be completed no later than November 1 , 2025. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the Contract Documents. (The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on this form.) 2. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the Village of Leipsic, Ohio in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond.
