Pursuant to the "Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act" (CCNA) Section 287.055. F.S., CCUA seeks Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants interested in providing professional services to assist with planning studies, evaluations, and implementation of the CCUA Capital Improvement Program (CIP) on an as needed basis. CCUA provides water, wastewater and reclaimed water services to the public which require protection of public health, safety, and welfare. To achieve the objective of providing safe and reliable utility services, CCUA requires the services of Florida licensed Professional Engineers (PEs). CCUA's estimated individual project construction cost within this contract shall not exceed limits stated under the CCNA, as amended. CCUA intends to award continuing professional services contracts to a minimum of six (6) Consultants to provide the Professional Engineering services described in this RFQ. Questions Due Date: May 1st 2024, 12:00 PM EDT Online Portal Board of Supervisors Meeting CCUA 3176 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, Florida 32068, Boardroom Jun 18th 2024, 2:00 PM EDT As set forth in Article 4 of the Contract attached in Section 9 of this RFQ, the effective term of the Contract is three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement by the parties. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
