DESCRIPTION OF WORK This Article 3, General Contract Conditions (Contract Provisions) is a part of thatNcertain Contract Agreement (together with these General Conditions and the other Contract Documents, as defined herein, collectively referred to as the Contract awarded by the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority the Owner to the Successful Bidder (hereinafter referred to asthe Contractor for the construction of the CONTRACT NO. 1803- REPAIRS TO FLUID BED INCINERATOR NO. 2 at the Owner's wastewater treatment facility located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (the Facility). This Contract is for work that will form a part of a larger capital improvements project at the Facility (the Project). ALCOSAN encourages businesses owned and operated by minorities and women to submit bids on Authority Contracts or to participate as subcontractors or suppliers to successful Bidders.
