Reference Number 0000349461 The Town of Windsor will require the services of a professional playground firm for the design and installation of an Outdoor Fitness Area with equipment at the Community Recreation Center. The goal of this RFP is to contract with a qualified firm who will agree to be available to provide quality, professional services in a timely manner to maximize efficiency.
