Reference Number 0000351203 The Town of Windsor (Town) is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide Pre-Construction, Procurement, and Construction Services using a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) construction delivery method for the construction of the Windsor Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion and Improvements Project (Project) at the Town of Windsor Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) site. The Town intends to award one contract to the most qualified firm or team. The selected CMAR will work with the Town and the Design Engineer throughout the duration of the project. The Town has contracted with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (Jacobs) for design phase services and is considered the Design Engineer in this RFP. The Town has also contracted with Canterbury Construction Management Services Inc. (CCMS) to be the Owner's Representative for the design phase services and for CMAR selection resulting from this RFP. CCMS will be considered part of the Town references as it pertains to the execution of this RFP.
