The goal of this RFP is to contract with a qualified firm who will agree to be available to provide quality, professional services in a timely manner to maximize efficiency. The site is located at 300 Locust Street, Windsor Colorado 80550. Playground Footprint-approximately 6000 square feet. Timeline for completion in early spring 2025. Selected contractor will be responsible for removal of existing playground equipmentsafety surfacing, and walkwaysin existing footprint (please quote with and without demo) excavation, grading, installation of all equipment and surfacing (including subsurface drainage if required) per manufacturer specifications and accordance with all national playground safety guidelines. Staff would prefer to keep the footprint of the existing playground the same however is willing to consider all options. Playground should include but is not limited to: Meet all ADA guidelines. Playground surfacing must meet all ASTM & National playground Surfacing Guidelines. Acceptable materials are: Pour in place rubber or synthetic playground grass.
