Reference Number 0000371366 The Town of Windsor is seeking qualifications from qualified professional Construction Managers as General Contractor Constructor firms (CMGC) for the Community Development Center Project. The project will turn the old police station into the Community Development Center, which will house the planning, engineering, and economic development departments. The building's approximate size is 20,000 sq ft. The budget for this project is $5 million. If awarded, the selected firm will work with our design team to finalize pricing and reach substantial completion in 2025.
