Reference Number 0000375481 Bid Intent Not Available The Town of Windsor will require the services of a professional consulting firm for completion of a feasibility study regarding possible future recreation facility. The aim of this RFP is to contract with a qualified firm who will agree to be available to provide quality, professional services in a timely manner to maximize efficiency. The selected firm shall furnish all expertise, labor and resources to provide complete services necessary for Work Order(s) issued during the Contract Term. All work orders shall be completed in accordance with the requirements of the Town's Parks, Recreation & Culture Strategic Plan, Comprehensive Plan, and other applicable Town codes.
