Minimum Expectations Respondents will be expected to provide a variety of AV installation services. The most common case instance is the mounting of 86" displays in various environments within school district buildings. All installations must adhere to industry best practices and safety standards. Installation Requirements 1. Respondents should demonstrate their qualifications and experience in mounting an 85" 150 lb display with a provided mount on a variety of wall surfaces including drywall, brick and cinder block; or on a rolling cart. 2. Respondents must confirm their capability to: a. properly secure the display in accordance with safety and structural standards b. Use appropriate drilling techniques, anchors, and hardware c. Provide and install any necessary wiremold for power cable to ensure a clean and safe installation d. Install any structural mount to the specification of the manufacturer. e. Patch or fix any modifications to the facade of any wall or structure that is affected by the install. Respondents must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality AV installations on time and within budget. The District encourages Respondents with Cooperative Contracts to submit contract information, though it is not a requirement for selection. The top statement submissions will be placed in a pool of pre-qualified AV installation providers that the District can draw from for future projects at schools and other district facilities.
