Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and design-build services necessary for design and construction of the project described below and other specific tasks as further defined by this SOW. 1. Main Academic Area: a. Replacement of existing split system AHUs (basement) b. Replace hot water heating AHU w/ new split system c. Inspect and optimize hot water pumps/system 2. AG Building: a. Diagnose existing issues on AHU-1G b. Diagnose and provide mitigation of AHU issues in wood shop 3. Main Gym -10000 sqft a. Add Cooling in Competition gym 4. Auxiliary Gym - 7000 sqft a. Remove existing heating only unit on roof and replace with a cooling/heating packaged RTU to cool space.
