Lane Stadium West 6th Floor Offices Renovation. Description: Work under this project consists of renovation of existing sixth floor rooms W630, W630A, & W630 B within Lane Stadium in Blacksburg, VA. The scope of work includes removal and reconfiguration of existing floors, walls, and ceilings along with removing, salvaging, and reinstalling/replacing MEP fixtures. The renovated space will include six (6) offices, a workspace, open space, kitchenette, lounge and storage spaces within the existing 4,324sf footprint.
