Renovation of a mixed-use development in Berwick, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bidders shall bid on all proposed items. Proposals shall be irrevocable for (90) days after bid opening, in compliance with Act #317 of 1978, approved November 26, 1978, and as amended, Project Scope of Work for the SINGLE PRIME CONTRACT; General installation of Axis Communication Door Access system. The project is subject to applicable provisions of the following, including any amendments and supplements: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987; Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P.L. 744; Pennsylvania Public Works Contractors Bond Law of December 20, 1967, P.L. 869, no. 385. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond for 100% of the project sum will be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive, at its discretion, any or all irregularities, mistakes, or omissions.
