The work includes but is not limited to labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to demolish the property in its entirety which includes grading and site restoration. The work includes onsite asbestos supervision and removal of asbestos containing materials, as identified. Question Deadline 10/15/2024 at 5:00 PM ET, Questions may be submitted through online. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis Bacon Wage Rates shall apply. Estimated Contract Value: Bidders shall make their own determination of project value. The Labor Standards, Wage Determination Decision and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts.
