Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Neville Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Township fo guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. The Township shall (a) award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder therefore, or (b) reject all bids received within ninety (90) days of the date of bid opening; provided, however, that the Township may, in its sole discretion, delay such award or rejection for up to one hundred twenty (120) days from the bid opening date until the Township has received all required approvals from other governmental agencies. The scope of work for Contract No. 24-R01 generally consists of approximately 1,600 square yards of roadway milling and profiling, 2'At" Superpave WMA binder course, T&" Superpave WMA wearing course; base repair; keyway milling; structure grade adiustments; traffic control; lawn restoration; concrete curb spot replacement; concrete driveway and sidewalk replacement; and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various Township roadways. Work to tentatively begin on June 10, 2024 and be completed by July 10, 2024.
