Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Draper, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of May 10, 2024, the project was awarded to Black Forest Paving, but the awarded amount is not available.** The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete storm drainage improvements, replace curb and gutter, expand a portion of the roadway with new curb and gutter, perform miscellaneous improvements, and mill the existing asphalt pavement, perform full depth reclamation of the remaining asphalt, base course, and any portion of the subgrade on Walden Lane from Cindy Lane to 1300 East as described in the project plans and specifications. 5% Bid Bond will be required. The project must be completed within a 90 calendar day time frame from mobilization to closeout. The project must be closed out no later than September 15th, 2024. Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically. 5:00PM on MONDAY, APRIL 22ND, 2024. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to awarding of a contract. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
