Ornamental Street Lights & Luminary Lens Covers Bid Bond or Certified Check required with bid: Not Applicable Performance Bond required if awarded bid: Not Applicable if applicable, shall be in the amount of 5% of the total bid made out in favor of the City of Danbury and issued by a Surety company acceptable to the City of Danbury, and must accompany each bid. A certified check in the same amount may be submitted in lieu of the bid bond. Bids submitted without Certified Check or Bid Bond will not be accepted. The City of Danbury will not be held liable for the accrual of interest on any check held by the City in conjunction with this bid. QUESTIONS: Request for interpretation of any portion of the bid may be made by telephone to the Purchasing Agent at 203-797-4571. The City of Danbury reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, and unless specified otherwise, to award the contract within thirty working days to the Bidder deemed to be for the best interest of the City of Danbury.
