Western Connecticut State University is seeking bid proposals for all labor and materials required to provide for the procurement of the required equipment and accessories to remove and replace the existing Domestic Water Heater in the Grasso Residence Hall located on the Westside Campus in Danbury, CT. Please note: The CT Department of Labor's Prevailing Wage Rates requirement shall apply to this project. In our continuing effort to assist in the economic development of Connecticut's small and minority business enterprises, this Invitation to Bid is reserved for vendors holding a current SBE/MBE set-aside certificate from the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Supplier Diversity (Set-Aside) Program.
