The City of DeSoto is inviting participation in this Request for Proposals (RFP) from a qualified vendor to operate the Moseley Pool Concession Stand ("Concession Stand"). For the purpose of this RFP and the anticipated Agreement, "City" means the City of DeSoto, and "Services" means all concessionaire and other professional services necessary to operate the Concession Stand in accordance with this RFP. The selected proposer ("Vendor") will be invited to enter into an agreement with the City, in a form to be provided by the City ("Agreement"), to provide the Services in accordance with the Scope of Work of this RFP. The City has the ultimate authority to approve any proposal and to authorize the execution of the negotiated Agreement. Requests for explanations or clarifications should be submitted via Electronically or emailed to CMitchell@desototexas.gov. Deadline for Questions April 30, 2024 The Agreement will be for a term of one year, with an option for the City to renew the Agreement for two additional one-year periods.
